Leadership & Experience
Scott Griffiths founded AZ Divorce Solutions with the same belief that shaped its parent firm, AZ Legal Solutions: the legal process should serve people—not overwhelm them. After years practicing at large litigation firms in Phoenix and Scottsdale, Scott saw how divorce and family law clients often became just another case number. He set out to build something different.
AZ Divorce Solutions was created to give individuals and families the personalized, attorney-led representation they deserve. Every case is reviewed in detail, every client gets direct access to their attorney, and every step of the process is designed to protect what matters most: children, family, and financial stability.
Scott’s legal background includes divorce, child custody, child support, spousal maintenance, property division, and family-related litigation. This breadth of experience allows him to guide clients through some of life’s most difficult transitions with clarity, compassion, and confidence.

Outside of work, Scott finds balance in his garden and joy in caring for his backyard chickens—values of patience, dedication, and care that mirror the way he represents his clients.
Marty Zalevsky
Attorney
Marty has been practicing family law since 2010. She is a past member of the Arizona Family Rules Committee for the State Bar and has worked as an Assistant Attorney General for the Child Support and Family Protection Division, Child Support Services. Marty works hard to make sure all family law clients get the help they need at one of the most difficult times in anyone’s life.
Liz Mercurio
Senior Paralegal
Liz’s personal legal experience is what helped her solidify her decision to become a paralegal. Her journey through the court system has given her great insight into what our clients go through. Liz began her professional journey with AZ Legal Solutions in 2022 as she finished her degree in paralegal studies and quickly found herself in the senior paralegal position, working side by side with the attorneys to help our clients with their cases.
Rico Medina
Case Manager
Before joining AZ Legal Solutions in 2021, Rico worked in a number of client-centered positions where making sure customer service was foremost and at the front of all he did. With his wealth of experience, he helps us reach our mission of putting clients first.
Blanca Vasquez
Senior Intake Specialist
Blanca joined the AZ Legal Solutions team in 2021 as the translator for our Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring that their voices were heard. Blanca quickly moved into our Intake Specialist position as she is looking to help all clients be heard and make sure the attorneys see all the information needed to help those clients as they take on different cases.
Maia Alvarez
Receptionist
Maia is the newest member of the AZ Legal Solutions team, joining us in 2025 to help us serve our clients better. Maia answers the calls and makes sure clients get in touch with the right people in the office. Maia is also the welcome committee when our clients come into the office for meetings, making sure they feel welcome and comfortable, so they understand that clients come first.

Francisca started with AZ Legal Solutions when it was still in its infancy. Francisca manages the day-to-day happenings in the office, greeting every team member and client with a smile, making sure we hold on to our mission of always keeping that personal connection with our clients.
